• General Contractors, investors, or property owners (“Clients”)
• Subcontractor companies offering construction-related services (“Service Providers”)

We do not act as an employer, agent, or guarantor for either party. We are a lead generation and project matching platform only.

Account Registration

For Service Providers (Companies):

• You must provide accurate business information, valid licenses, insurance, and pass our verification process.
• We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or remove company profiles at our discretion.

For Clients (GCs, Investors, Project Owners):

• Posting a project request is free.
• You agree to provide truthful project details and respond to communications from our team for verification purposes.

User Responsibilities

By using BuildLink Pro, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
• Not engage in abusive, fraudulent, or misleading activities.
• Respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of others.

Verification and Disclaimer

BuildLink Pro conducts background checks, license verifications, and insurance validation for Service Providers; however:

• We do not guarantee the quality of work, timeliness, or legal compliance beyond initial verification.
• Clients are responsible for due diligence before entering into contracts or agreements with Service Providers.

Payments and Fees

Posting projects on BuildLink Pro is free for Clients.

Service Providers may be subject to membership fees or commissions for access to leads, as communicated during onboarding.

All financial agreements between Clients and Service Providers are independent of BuildLink Pro.

Limitation of Liability

BuildLink Pro is not responsible for:

• The quality, timing, legality, or outcome of services provided by Service Providers.
• Any disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between Clients and Service Providers.
• Temporary interruptions or technical issues with the website.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on BuildLink Pro are the property of BuildLink Pro or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without written consent.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to BuildLink Pro for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform.
